How is it possible the glitch affected only a group of players not everyone? We all have the same app version. I didn't do anything wrong, I just updated my game@snowball1954 . And the update broke my gameπ.

Why is the issue affecting to only group of players, including us, but not everyone?
I'm really mad at it. I even can not continue any competition of this community because of this.
Is it the plan of the studio to make us delete the app?

As of August 18 the issue was suppose to of been resolved. I can clearly see it is still ongoing. I have asked our CM @FluffyDinosaur is she could give us any info on the issue. As soon as I hear anything I will let you know π

Really sorry to hear you are still experiencing this issue! The issue you're experiencing might be due to a variety of factors, such as the device you're using, the game version, or even the region you're in. Sometimes, these factors might cause certain issues to affect only a group of players and not everyone. But please rest assured our developers are working hard on solving it.
A fix for this issue was released just recently for Android devices, and I just wanted to double check with you if you have done the following things, as these might fix it?
- Make sure you have the latest update of the game
- Make sure your device has enough memory space, and try to clear it up if your device is running low on memory
- Try to play a level (perhaps very difficult to do with this issue)
- Restart the device and the game.
If you've tried the above and the issue still persists, please let me know!
