i tried to get into Candy crush jelly saga today on facebook but got a message saying We are experiencing an error and doing our best to fix it. Please try again in a moment. Ive retried several times but get the same message leaving more than 15 mins between each try so are you aware of this proplem

I would like to help you and therefore give you a helpful suggestion. You are welcome to get a King account. Please log in there with your details. In King you hardly have any problems. In FB you always hear about errors and problems. You can sync your FB with a King account. You can find this in the Helpecenter and follow the steps there. So you can continue playing without any restrictions. In FB you have to save your game progress and in king you don't have to and it continues automatically. With a King account you are on the safe side. I hope I could help you further!!!
