I am playing via facebook, and have tried on two different PCs one running Windows 10 and Edge, the other running Windows 7 and Chrome. The game loads just fine, but when I select the balloon to open the timer or ask friends for help the timer is always at 3 days, and the asking FB friends does not seem to do anything.

I've tried again for almost a week. I paid to progress to level 41, I have had more than 3 friends help me and nothing it just says the store is unavailable even after I paid for access. Trying again is not helping.Hi Edward Grondin,
