Hello and welcome
That is very strange. Can you please check again after updating and clear the cache? Then open it again. Please give me your ID number for verification. Are you only in King or also in FB? Because in FB you have to save every level. I'll pass it on to Jessica the moderator and she will take care of your problem. I'm really very sorry for you.

No I don't do Facebook. I have the game on 3 phones. My ID is Gervicky. And I would appreciate any help.

Have you tried to go through the troubleshooting steps?
- Keep the game and device updated;
- Have at least 2 GBs of free memory;
- Clear cache;
- Have a stable Internet connection;

I'm sorry but I cannot find the ID number. Do I need to log out? Because when logged in I only get my player name in my profile.

Also since yesterday I have cleaned cache, deleted again and reinstalled once, and even played the 20 levels again, and it finally updated on all my devices but there is still an issue as when I finished 7385 there was no rewards ( there is usually when you reach the end of a 20 games section). I even replayed 7385 on another device and nothing, but today when I opened the game and pressed play, the you finished 1st claim the reward button finally appeared and I pressed, got it and now the mystery level button ( which appear until next update) is there. So it appears there is some kind of lag.
My main regret is loosing all my rewards.
