Finally! As of this morning, the game is working again. Thank you!!Hi Everyone !! As of this morning mine is loading on my laptop. That doesn't mean everyone's will work right away, since we're all on different devices. Just keep checking. If your's still doesn't load in the next day or 2, let me know. Make sure you do all your updates, if you're using devices that recommend them. Hope your all on your way !! Thank you for your patience, and cooperation. Not only on jelly but on friends as well.
Game won't load. I've done all the troubleshooting recommendations.all of them! I've just discovered however that on the guest account on my phone both load no problem.
Any idea why?

Hi @carrielee and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 Facebook is constantly having glitches and breakdowns. Last week it was down even two times so I think that your problem might be caused by this. Are you still experiencing this issue?
