The discussion opens in November, the studio was analyzing this, there was no answer yet if something was going to be implemented or if they had a roadmap for the game. This year level 8000 will be released

Hello @95chata and @Spinnifix! I'm so sorry to hear this and that I didn't have a chance to react on this earlier.
To avoid similar situations, always make sure you try these tricks:
- Restart the game: close all open apps and open your game;
- Check for updates: please ensure your both game and software of your device are up-to-date;
- Memory: make sure you have at least 2GB free memory;
- Stable Internet connection;

So, ich schreibe nun in deutsch und hoffe es kommt gut an!
Ich helfe doch auch den Spielern. Somit müßte ich natürlich die Schritte kennen.
Was ich schon merkte ist, das Fehler immer an den Spielern gegeben werden, obwohl es aus dem Studio kommt. Das ist das was mich so stört. Immer wird erst der Spieler daraufhingewiesen.
Es kann schon sein, das es am Gerät liegt, aber nicht immer.
Ich bin auch froh, das ich keine Goldbarren mehr in Gelee gewinne, dann können sie mich nicht automatisch abgezogen werden.
Ich las, das ich damit nicht alleine stehe.
Das mußte ich mal los werden.

So, I'm now writing in German and hope it's well received! I also help the players. So of course I would have to know the steps. What I noticed is that mistakes are always blamed on the players, even though it comes from the studio. That's what bothers me so much. The player is always informed first. It may be the device, but not always. I'm also glad that I no longer win gold bars in jelly, so they can't be deducted automatically. I read that I'm not alone in this. I had to get rid of that. I wrote this text in German because you can now write in that language. Only it won't be sent.
So I had to use the translator again.
