They just updated the game on the 1st and now it's unplayable. I am hoping they update again to fix it. I reported the issue, but the email I got just provided a link to this forum and didn't acknowledge it's an issue with the update.
The recent app update yesterday has rendered the game unplayable. I am unable to open it, it keeps crashing. This needs to be fixed at King's end. When will this happen?
Every time I try to open my candy crush jelly game, it instantly closes. This just started today. I'm not sure how to fix.
I'm having the same issue now.. HOWEVER.. I got this PC last week. Played Jelly for a week, and yesterday it started not loading. Worked fine before. I've done everything you've done and it still doesn't work. I'm confused because it DID for a week!
CC Jelly will not open
Hi all. I downloaded Jelly to my PC at the Microsoft store and it crashes or hangs while loading. Apparently, PC is not listed as a platform for this game. I tried MS app repair, reinstall, and uninstall-restart-reinstall but none of that has worked. Should I just give up?
Won't a reset delete all of our boosters?
CC Jelly won't load on the win 10 app. Is this a known issue? TIA

I have the same problem as you. My game Candy Crush Jelly Saga won't open on Winwos 11. The error has been in place since yesterday. I tried again today and quit after half an hour. When I look in the Microsoft Store, the game was changed yesterday by an update. Since then, it no longer works on Windows 11.
Do you have a mobile device? There, the app can be easily opened and played.
I will report the error on Windows 11. Unfortunately, there is no service available on weekends. I guess we'll have to wait until next week when the people in support are back to work.

Hi. I think you've just quoted wrong replies. The issue above happened since Royal Championship, and it was about 3 years ago.
It may be technical issue recently from the latest comment in 2024.
Very strange, I just checked mine and it it working. Please check for updates and do a log out of your game and then log back in. See if a soft reset works. 🤗
