I have the same problem. I also uninstalled and reinstalled but still nothing. What happened? Does anyone know?
I have tried all suggestions from King.com support and I still Cannot play for (3) days now. It was working and now it doesn't. I checked for updates and I am using Google Chrome now. I checked Facebook and tried to play there but I got a error message saying that if was "Nulled or javascript cannot read field ID? I was close to being on Level 3000. Please does anyone have any suggestions. I am playing on a HP desktop and Windows 11. I can play my other games Candy Crush Saga & Candy crush Soda.

After un & reinstalling, this is as far as it goes. So we lose all our bonuses and now have to wait. Time to stop wasting my time with this nonsense.

why is candy crush jelly saga not loading?
My Candy Crush Jelly won't open either. Can't log and and log back in because it won't open. HELP!

I can't sign out because the page won't load. CC Jelly name comes up and then it crashes.

Hello welcome I'm sorry your having issues. However this is a known issue. the app Candy Crush Jelly Saga had an update in the Microsoft Store on March 01, 2024. Since then, the app can no longer be opened. It gets stuck on the loading screen. This has already been reported but we won't get a answer until Monday. Please be patient as we are working hard to resolve this issue.
