Hi this is a known issue, I think the update yesterday is giving us a problem. I do not have a problem on my phone, but it sounds like everyone is on PC's
Log out of your game and let it set a few seconds, then log back in with your email and password. That should do it. I just checked my game and it is working fine.ย ๐

Having same problem it trys to load but goes back to home scren.
The game has now been down for 3 days on my windows 11 PC! When will they ever get around to fixing it?!

It's the same for me, but only on Windows. The mobile app works without any issues. I reported it yesterday (or the day before yesterday?).
