Ich habe Window 10 und es funktioniert. Mir wurde schon Window 11 zum runterladen angeboten, aber ich lasse es noch bei Window 10. Ich habe keine Probleme. Ansonsten spiele ich auch auf dem Tablet. Alles ist gut.

It's the same for me, but only on Windows. The mobile app works without any issues. I reported it yesterday (or the day before yesterday?).

The game has now been down for 3 days on my windows 11 PC! When will they ever get around to fixing it?!

Hi please do not uninstall as you will lose everything. I think the update yesterday is giving us a problem. I do not have a problem on my phone, but it sounds like you are on PC's
Log out of your game and let it set a few seconds, then log back in with your email and password. That should do it. I just checked my game and it is working fine. 💕

Please do not try the log out, it is something wrong across the board. You can play on your phone if you wish. The problem has been reported and hopefully we will have some kind of news. Please be patient. 🤗

I can play on Facebook but not on my downloaded game that I prefer. Just like the others reported, after an update it quit loading.
