I just beat the level, but the screen froze. How to I save my win, now that the screen has froze? I used all my power items to secure the win (& this is not the 1st time this has happened. VERY frustrating!)
Hi and welcome to the Jelly community! I feel your pain. Sometimes there is a glitch and there is nothing we can do once it freezes. If it froze after you won the game, you should see that you had progressed on your map and everything is fine. If going back in your game you see that it is still frozen, you will need to do a reset on your game. Log out of your game, let it set a few seconds, then log back into your game with your email and password. đź’•

Normally you won't lose rewards if the screen freezes. Please close the app and update your game and clear the cache and reopen it. My experience when the game freezes is to wait a bit and be patient. Then it continues. Please also check your internet connection. How old is your device?
