    Yes, I do routine PC maintenance but just cleared everything again.

    It's not a big deal; just annoying as I have to launch the game twice to play. I just wanted to report it in the hopes your developers could fix it.

    I just meant manually opening the microsoft store and checking. Mostly they do it themselves but sometimes not.
    I am passing over the details for you, but did you upgrade to windows 11 recently and since noticed or just since the last update of the game you noticed it? I am assuming you have a lot of free space but its more than likely related to petopia right now. It seems to slow the game even for those who do not have the event. That started not long ago. ๐Ÿ˜’

    Sorry for the late reply but my notification went into junk mail.

    Yes, I recently upgraded to Windows 11 but it may have also occurred on Windows 10; I'm just not sure. And, yes, lots of free space.

    Maybe it is Petopia. Love Petopia by the way and wish I had it now.

    Hey @Kat-6 Sorry I just saw that our CM had replied but I have been away for the weekend, so apologies.

    She asked if you could give us your player ID and she can look into it.

    Go to your profile from the cog, double click on the king logo and it will give you a number.
