"I can't pass this level"

Hello players!

We are currently receiving reports that some of the recent levels appear to be too tricky to pass. Please know that our Studio is actively working to address these difficulties and make necessary tweaks to ensure a smoother and more enjoyable gameplay experience for everyone.

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this process. Feel free to report any issues with the recently released levels under this thread. We will make sure to pass them on to the Studio. As soon as I have updates from the team, I'll let you know right here.

Good morning

Now I remembered when I used to help a lot in Candy Crush. The studio
level designers personally responded to the players and I thought it was
great. The studio was introduced in every game and you could ask
questions that were then answered by the studio.
Yes, it was just a snapshot.
Just what with these difficult levels now. If the studio programs
them, then they should also give us tips on how to play.
Definitely for the free players who have nothing and who don't buy
anything.
Problems that are passed from one hand to the next are reported here.
It's better to do it straight away.
You can already tell that the community is falling asleep more and
more. But that is also what is wanted. Let's all be honest.

That's exactly what we all say again and again. What is this? All of them are done on purpose and didn't help us to pass these levels.

It's horrible.😡 They know the game is flawed but do nothing. I've reported this to the owners a while back. They listen ONE time. Then they sent back my e-mail. Some people are going public, some are suing, others are quitting. I don't get free turns anymore. I'm stuck again Level 7724. I can't count on one hand how many times I made the finish line first. It seem the people who get FREE GOLD BARS make it. I'm tired of this 20-22 move thing. Booster that explode for no reason. Fish who go against you. And when the stripe and wrapped candies explode, the candy eating flowers and other blockades don't move.🤬

Hello @Spinnifix and @Cat-13 and @johamilton . This level is too hard. The problem is there are not enough orange candies to help you collect monklings. I have been stuck on this level for over 4 days. I have even opened the board, but no luck. Maybe a color bomb with a color bomb or coloring candy will work. This may be my last level because I can’t win this level. If I could reach out to the players on my map who are at level 7766 on how they won this level I would be very happy.

I know you do everything. You can't do more than admit everything.
Even you are just a little light, that is true.
In the end it depends on the studio. If they want us to play it, they
have to do something about it. Otherwise it all makes no sense.
That's the truth.
Normally you are just simple players. And if you didn't have the GB
you would see it the same way.
Be honest.🙏🙌
Thank you for passing it on again. Because I already had levels that
were immediately optimized. It's just a shame that you have to ask
about it because it's not playable. The studio should work much better
and sensibly. Feel free to admit that! Otherwise there wouldn't be so
many complaints and questions.
The players who are not in the community uninstall the games
immediately. We are still lucky enough to be able to ask and it will be
changed. Only a very small part is in the community.
I would like to mention this. So the players here also have a small
amount of power to say something to improve something.🙋‍♀️

Hi Peggy, not as of yet, but I duplicate the reported level, so they can see that once again there is a problem. We are just trying to help all and let them know there is a new player with the problem. @Princess_Jessica and I are reporting everything we see. 🤗 We do understand that the studio is busy, but we do want you all to understand that we are working on it. 😀

I'm on Level 7723 with a two booster day! I can't get any help from my team mates. Why can't I go anywhere with a two booster day? It's that 22 move thing😡 I'm not looking forward to getting to your level. 22 moves???? How can you get pass that???? Why is it only 20-22 moves all the time? I'm assuming they are money players. I'm on Level 7723. A two booster day. Everytime it's only one or two moves away because they want me to use what little gold bars I have. And of course your teammates DON'T come in to help. Nothing has changed on this cheating game. 😡 You still only get 20-22 moves.🤬

OK. I'm not on FB. Yes, I know the surprise level
at the end of the map. Only I never got anything for it. There are
others who get it. I can play old levels to improve.
That just doesn't make any sense. Whether 1 star or 3 stars doesn't
matter. Nothing changes about that. I don't get anything out of it and
I don't get anything in return.

Low Levels are easy but not higher Levels… Still, you will encounter low Levels difficult to pass when you play the “Surprise Levels Event” at the end of the map.

This is happening almost on every Level….

Where did you get that? Not every level is difficult. But there are
always those who cannot be conquered. This is the only thing that can
be communicated here in the community. Otherwise, many more would have
deleted the game. That's a fact.

It’s frustrating.
Lots of people have stopped playing the game because of this madness. King/Studio thinks we are taking breaks. No! We are not.

I'm really tired of playing this game and level.
Now I've tried it a few times and can't get any further. I don't know
how the players get through this.🤷‍♀️ I'll take a look at it this week
and if it doesn't get optimized then I'll delete the game. I'm really
tired of it. Then another player less.
The clock is running.
