Hello, my son plays Jelly Saga on his iPhone....level 3872. Sincs 4th of may his advertisement stopped.He has autism and this makes him angry every morning.
Who can tell me how i solve this and what can be the reason.King gives no answer to my questions.please help us cause this is very diffucult to see our son agressive and angry.He needs the advertisement to Come further in the game.

The advertisements are random. The players get them, or they don't.
You don't always have commercials. There may be days where you don't
get any. Players are randomly selected for this. They are test groups.
The same is with the events. You have it, or you don't.

Hi and welcome to the Jelly community. I am sorry that you are not receiving any ads. King does change them randomly. So you will receive them at some time and then it will be gone and it will be moved to other. None of the extras are promised. I do hope you son gets it back soon though 💕
