If the member speaks about the player's icon during the game, it depends on the account type:
If the member asks about the Community avatar, we know that a personal avatar can be selected when someone reaches level 4!
I'm sorry your having issues. This happened to me once before. Make sure you log out of the game (do not uninstall) clear cache log back into the game also that you have a strong wifi signal also that you are updated in the game if this does not help let me know 😊
