Dear Candy crush jelly I haven't been able to connect to Facebook for weeks now I had been given the tip from someone to remove the game and then reset it, but unfortunately this doesn't work and I have to start all over again while I was already far in the game could you help me in this.   • @jannyadiaans12, you can try the help center, but I can help you also giving you some information according to my experience as a player!

    I suppose that you play on a mobile device being connected with facebook!

    I do so!

    If you use fb on another device ( p.c. or laptop) and for some reason you changed your fb password, you can still continue be connected on your mobile and play the game, but if you log off your game and want to connect again with fb, you have to use your new password!

    There are also similar problems if you use downloaded android apps on windows 10 and 11.

    Playing games on mobile phones has less connection problems of this type!

    Dear Candy crush jelly

    I haven’t been able to connect to facebook all day, I’ve saved my progress and deleted and reloaded the app. I have to start all over again, when I was already far in the game. Every time, I get the message “connection error try again in a bit”. Could someone help me.

    Hi and welcome to the Jelly community. Once you get connected, I am presuming that you are now on Level 1. Please play Level one, then log out of your game, then log back in and that will take you to your original level before this happened.

    I’ve tried this, but, how do I log out when I’m not logged in? I still get the same message come up every time.

    Hello and welcome

    I think it's a general problem connecting to FB. I've read about it in
    other games.
    One question: Do you have a King account? Because with this account
    you will hardly have any problems. In the King account you don't have
    to save any levels, everything happens automatically. You can sync
    King account with FB account. You can see this in the help center.
    I would advise you to create a King account.

    I don’t have issues with candy crush or candy crush soda saga.

    I’ve tried resetting my password for king - it won’t even do that.

    Even going into Facebook and the candy crush jelly page and pressing link to play the game it comes up no internet connection - retry - nothing.

    Please check your internet connection.
    How old is your device? If you have an old one, it can cause many problems.

    my internet connection is working fine, if I can access and play other king games and apps and yes, I am connected to my router and have full lines to show I’m connected at the top of my phone.
