Hello and welcome. Did you take a screenshot of the booster's you had. Please with these games issues occur all the time so always keep screenshot of the inventory you have to show proof. If you have that I can get you help and hopefully reimburse your inventory ๐

If you bought the boosters, we can help you get them back. Unfortunately there are no free boosters.
No hadn't bought anything all won and saved up and was very economical with it, but would be a shame to lose them due to a mistake that I could no longer log in with Facebook
Hi, can we start from the beginning please. You told our awesome MoD @Princess_Jessica that you do not have a before screenshot of boosters.
Lets start at the beginning so maybe Jessica and I can understand how the boosters disappeared. Did you delete your app and then sign back in?
Hi I did indeed delete the game by advice and then I could sign up again with Facebook but then I saw that I had lost my boosters. I write this with my translation app and hope you understand me greetings Janny

Thank you so much for the information. That is why you lost all of your boosters. Anytime you delete your app you will loose all boosters with the exception of those that were purchased.
Please use this link Contact Us and let them know what happened and that you were told to delete you app to get your game back. I will not promise you will get anything, but sometimes we do get lucky.

Thank you for the warm welcome I've been playing Candy Crush jelly saga and soda for years I've never had any problems but at once I can't log in with Facebook with all three games then I read on your website that you had to remove your game and put it again I did that and therefore lost the boosters unfortunately I'm going to see if I can still enjoy it now, greetings Janny
