Hello! If all else fails, please go to Contact Us. They can then help you further. This is the last option I know of. We've all really tried to help you.

Contact Us is completely useless! The only thing I ever get from that/them is to go to the community forum, hence here I am!

I would like to help you. You tried everything and it didn't work. That's why I recommend you contact FB and clarify it there. If I were on FB, I would go this route straight away. I'm not on FB so I don't have this problem. Maybe you can get further with the contact!
