Not getting extra lives

I have this problem where my extra life requests...are not actually being sent. Ever since I requested my badge for level 5000 club, my extra life requests aren't working. I've been playing this game for over 5 yrs. Never had an issue. Now...no more..something has to malfunctioning.....

Hi and welcome to the Jellies. Have no idea what happened. The 5000 milestone would not have anything to do with that.
How do you know they are not being sent? When you tap on the send in the envelope, what does it do?
If you will please do a soft reset. Log out of your game (Do No Delete the app), then in a few seconds go back to your game an log back in with your email and password. 🤗

I'll try that..because like I said for 5 years I always got lives sent to after me sending requests. And then all of a sudden for the last 3 to 4 months..it has stopped..I mean zero answers. So please don't say maybe people aren't answering me...thats just bs. Idk what happened...but I know 100% I used to get lives 2 to 3x a day

Yeah...I hear ya...the tech support people don't wanna admit it's the apps issues. And not the user. And a soft reset doesn't do anything to help the matter.l. idk why the support won't try and fix the issue for long time players. I just know both problems started at exact same time. There is a reason that's causing it...its not a coincidence.

.no update...it all started after I got my level 5000 badge...thats been awhile...I used to get extra lives everyday, whenever I requested them...and I also got other users asking me for help. Now it's always blank everyday. It HAS TO BE A PROBLEM OR GLITCH IN THE GAME. I mean..I've been playing for 5 yrs..and I'm up to level 5513...and I'm being told it's probably nobody is asking for lives or nobody wants to give an extra life now...I say BS. To that. It's the game!!!
