    Hi everyone,

    Thank you for the player IDs. I will let the next couple of days as well to get more of the player IDs and run a full analysis to give back the boosters or gold bars needed.

    In the meanwhile, thanks for the reports. It seems like it's fixed for some platforms but not others. We will keep reviewing this during the weekend and will hopefully have an update by early next week.

    Used several boosts and have beaten level 2229 4 times and no advance.  Tried again after it was "fixed".  Not fixed!  Hate loosing all those boosts!

    Hi all,

    During this weekend we have been investigating the issue. It seems like the issue was fixed in some platforms but not in others. On PC (Facebook for instance) the issue seems to be still present. We have taken your feedback on to the studio and they are working on it.

    @mel588 and @Jerrilyn_Harvey , we apologise for the issues that this is causing. As @davidchoiny confirms, it's working well in iOS (regarding the new bug you mention, if you can please make a new thread and let us know what it is you are experiencing that would be great).

    I will now start compensating each of you and will update you all with any news that we may have around the platforms where the issue is not yet fixed.

    I'm Android and couldn't find my ID at all. I've been looking for days.. I haven't received anything either.

    IT is still not fixed.  I have beat it multiple time now and wasted lives and fish boosters hoping it was resolved.  I am playing on Face book, so it should be the latest version?

    Hi everyone,

    Thanks again for all the reports, just to be clear, this issue is not yet fixed on Facebook. There are three options that you have with that scenario:

    1. Wait until we fix it. In the meanwhile, you can send our way your player ID (https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-jelly-saga/discussion/247076/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it/) so we can compensate the boosters lost.
    2. Message below and state that you wish to be moved to level 2230. Please note this process is manual and if you do want that, all your previous levels will have 2 stars and you will lose your personal records (although you can always back and replay them).
    3. Play on a mobile device (or the Windows 10 app) and pass the level. Then when you log in again on your Facebook profile and you will be automatically placed on the current level you're at.
    And that's it! If you have trouble finding your player ID or you wish to be moved to the next level, please let me know below and I will make it happen.

    Hi @Henry_Hm_Chan ,

    Thanks for the report and sorry for the delay on the reply. We have just moved you to level 2230. Make sure you restart the app and you should find yourself in that level.

    Please move me to the next level.  I've wasted too many lives and boosters to have to beat it again once you figure out the fix.
