This will probably be my last write in. I'm leaving the game because of level 8333.. I let the owners and others know I'm fed up of being on a level for over 5 days while the same people pass me and stay ahead every time. Since they have notified me and said they can't fix it and are not willing to. I'm let them know I'm taking other measures unless they do. I have plenty of evidence, lots of it, I'm a scapegoat and is being discriminate against.😡This will probably get erased, but there are others here who are monitoring quietly . @Snow_Rider @Princess_Jessica

I'm sorry to see you go. Can you please share some screenshots of level 8333? If I have proof of what's going on and a description I can try to get it to the studio to try and see if something can be done 😊
Also I'll need game ID, device, and is everything updated?

I wish I could write to you privately. I was told by certain "people" in a higher admin to contact you. I can't give you a screenshot because they changed the format and I don't know how to do it. I was told never mind it's hard to write here and I don't want to cause a disturbance.. But yea I contacted the CEO's. The game simply went out of it's way to block me making4 or 5 candies. The cotton candy out of the blue wouldn't go away, and it started freezing and stopping yesterday when I was told on my e-mail everything is okay now. @Princess_Jessica I looked up some other avenues and went along with many others. Because the game just kept getting worse, which made me feel it was done on purpose. There was no question about it.. I'm always behind, always boosters going in wrong places. Until I talk here. It gets fixed temporary, then goes back. It's very king of you to reach out.❤️

Oh I see gotcha! That's ok about screenshot. Yes you can always reach out to me. I feel you are having issues in your game. Especially now it is freezing candies never line up and now stopping. I will do what I always do report the issues and keep reporting the issues and hopefully help will come. These temporary fixes need to be corrected. I wish you a good week ahead 🤗

Nothing has changed. I'm on Level 8336. It's a two part. and I'm still getting played with.😡 It takes 10 moves to get through the first level. Everyone i gone of course. I have two boosters yesterday and it didn't work. as usual. I'm just so ready to go the "compensated" way with the others.😓

I’ve checked the pass rates for levels 8333 and 8336, and they both seem passable on our end. Levels are designed to offer a mix of challenges—some trickier than others. It might help to reach out to fellow players for tips and strategies. Our community is filled with players who are always happy to share their secrets to success! 😉
That said, if a level is particularly tricky and we notice many players struggling, we always make sure to inform the Studio so they can consider possible tweaks. I hope this clears things up a bit!
You also mentioned experiencing game freezes. Have you tried updating both the game and your device? Sometimes this can help fix performance issues.

Others don't seem to have a problem They are breezing through the levels. They are staying within a group with one leading the way. I'm always far behind and my boosters explode when i try to set them up with a stripe candy. Right now many have been fixed, thank you. And the frozen part has been fixed on your end. 😄 Once in a while the knots don't come undone when they get hit. But I'm sure you are working on your end. I'm still having trouble with my levels. Others have already passed me by over 8-10 levels ahead of me. and they are having no problem. I did upgrade everything. And did all the checks you asked me to😉 But I'm still way behind while others have no problem and I'm still stuck on level 8377. Thank for your time. Have a great weekend.😀
