PLEASE ANSWER ME

I was playing Candy Crush Jelly without being logged in, and I got the Golden Pins of levels 12 and 13 (you start getting them on level 12). However, after I logged in to my Facebook account, the two previous Golden Pins were gone. I also noticed that whenever you restore your progress by logging in, all the previous Golden Pins are removed. Can we please fix this somehow? If nobody here can do anything, is there a way to contact the developers? They never seem to respond.

Please let me know! I really need this...

Hi and welcome to the Candy Crush Jellies! I am not sure why you are playing while being logged out then logging in. When you are logged in that is when your game is saved. You will get a golden pin on the map when you complete a new level at the first attempt. Otherwise, this element will be disabled.

Especially, if you quit a level, you won't get it anymore.
