My friends list disappeared. I play on facebook. Any help will be appreciated.

all my friends are gone for a long time too, but yesterday, they were all back, but today they are gone again. I got no problems with friends on the "normal" candy crushes, it's only the "jelly saga" that is affected.

It’s been months since I’ve had friends or any lives. If you’re researching this issue it’s taking way too long. I don’t think anybody’s working on it. I’m gonna quit playing this game.
I’ve also had this problem and emailed them several times never has been fixed. Very frustrated.

by not fixing the friends situation I don't even enjoy playing anymore. You should have been able to fix it with all your tech staff. It used to be fun, now it's just something to fill in time.
I logged into Facebook to add change my profile pic and the list list with over 138 lives disappeared. I’ve tried logging out, signing in with different logins, registering again, made sure I was active, etc but nothing returns my friends or lives. I don’t know what else to do
my friends have been missing for months and I’m tired of it getting no help from King.
We all have been complaining about our missing friends list for months now and still the problem is not fixed..I think we all would like to know the reason why..or is it because you don't want to fix the problem because you want us to just keep spending money on the game..

Not fixed on my end. I have 1 friend that can't send very often.
i also have missing friends. I have to reconnect to facebook every time i play. So upsetting
@Alice454 @Dolphinlover38 I’m so sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your friends list. Our mod @DieOmimi experienced the same issue recently, but it looks like a new friends list has appeared in the game. Could you let me know if you’re now able to see new friends? If not, it would really help if you could share a screenshot from the game so we can take a closer look!
Why is the problem of missing friends not fixed yet for it seems we are all having this problem.
Hello I am on level 7806 and my friends list is also gone no lives to receive or to ask this has been going on for over a month so please fix.
I am not sure you understand all my facebook friends have disappeared from my friends list in the game. This has happened to several of us. We need it to be fixed please.

Hi and welcome the Jelly community. So sorry that has happened. Please do a soft reset on the game.
Log out of your game (Do Not delete the app). If you are using a phone turn the phone off, let it set about 10 seconds, then turn the phone back on and log in with your email and password.
It will take a while for names to show back up. Please be sure that your game is up to date.🤗

Hi sorry for the late response. It is just your sign in you use for Facebook. Tap on My Profile and you can log out there. Be sure you know your FB log in so you can get back in đź’•
