I’m with you I’m not merging my accounts either. I know it’ll happen so it’ll continue to say I’m on level three I don’t care.!! I know I’m on Level 8888 and stuck!…lol no friends to give me any lives. Some basically screwed every time I play the game. They’re not getting any more money for me either.
I’m on Level 8888 !! And I have noticed as well that the chests disappeared. on occasion I’ve been known to use money to buy extras, but no more!! I’ve been playing forever that’s why I’m at level I’m at and I can’t seem to get my profile to reflect that I’m on level three or something it’s stupid. Certainly hope they bring the chest back. That’s the only way I can continue because I refuse to use my own money anymore. Or gift cards that my family has done for me.
Now I know I’ll never pay a penny on this game. Thanks for nothing.
Hi, I am sorry that happened to you. We do not tell players to delete their app, just for that reason
We do tell players to restart your game. That only means to turn it off and turn it back on. Or you can do a soft reset, which is logging out of your game, turn your device off, let it set a few seconds, then turn your phone on and log back into your game with your email and password.
But when you delete your app and then downloaded it again, it will delete all of your boosters and gold.

you didn’t either tell how to clear the cashe or warn what’d happen by reinstalling and reinstalling was the only way I could find. Maybe you expected me to do this “mistake”, that’s why you didn’t tell or warn. What you lately do to us customers has been so against like what do you King get by harassing us? You only lose players. Seriously (the developers of Best Fiends) are totally opposite about caring customers. They don’t punish customers like King but reward, so I gladly pay the real money. King have a lot to learn from them. I’m sure Seriously would recover my powerups in the same situation.
I believe it’s time for you to listen to us so we open our wallets for you. So will I if only I get my powerups recovered, otherwise I’ll never give you a dime.

Did you by chance delete you app then downloaded the game again? If so, that is why everything has disappeared. We cannot replace your boosters. If you have purchased booster then that can be replaced. To do that you will need to contact Players Support. Here is the link Contact Us

why doesn’t my comment come up? I cleared my cashe as you officials say and all my powerups, hundreds of powerups are gone. I want them back.
I cleared the cash and POOF! All my powerups seven kinds hundreds are gone. Every advice you give me does either nothing or harm😡 I want them back.

Sometimes, events rotate or temporarily disappear while the team works on improvements. Have you tried clearing your cache and restarting your game? Sometimes, this helps refresh the features.
While there is no guarantee when these events will return to your game, I would recommend keeping your game updated and checking regularly, new features and events can appear anytime!🤗
yes Fishing with Friends too are gone. I don’t know if King believe they’ll earn more money by harassing us little customers. King originate in Sweden but if you (r u listening?) wish to increase the revenue, the Swedish way is not the answer because they’re notorious in earning money.

Well, it's been about a month since these Reward Chests disappeared from my game. With them and Fishing with Friends gone (again), there's really no sure way to get in-game boosters. Granted, Star Chaser throws you one once in a while but not often. That being said, it leaves the game uninteresting and basically boring. There's no incentive to play! I guess that's what they want? Bore us into buying now? 😼 I'll still login for my one level a day to keep my streak going but that's it.…Sorry, team! It's doubtful, but maybe someday they'll return. Ha ha!
Well, Reward Chests are still not back. WTG King/Microsoft! You certainly know how to kill any little enjoyment this long-time player had left for your games! And no matter what you do, (oh, yes, King reads these boards) I STILL will NEVER pay real $ playing your games. Saga, Friends, and Jelly are just time killers for me now. Maybe one day someone will buy these games that actually plays them and will stop trying to fix what isn't broken!!!!!

The same thing happened to me! I've also been playing for years and really enjoy the reward chests. It's a great way to top-up boosters.
I’ll just stop playing if this continues. You know it’s only a player but guess many will do the same.
Exactly my situation. I’ve received responses from two separate mods that are same and unhelpful.
No it didn’t work. I don’t want King merge my accounts either because they’ll take away the Boosters, Lives, and Gold Bars I hoarded.
It's been a week since I've had the Reward Chests on the Queen, Carl, and Larry levels. I've been playing for years and it's the first time it's happened to me. Coincidentally, I had just gotten Fishing with Friends back, and that too disappeared as well!
Such a shame because those chests guaranteed in-game boosters. Star Chaser doesn't give them often enough. All I seem to end up with is hours of unlimited lives from SC which I don't need or want! LOL
Oh well, that's King/Microsoft for ya... let's fix what ain't broke. Now... let's hear the canned response that it's a test and not everyone has the same features in their games! Heck of a long test! I've had those chests since I started playing.
