Rewards dissapearing

Does anyone else have a problem with their rewards dissappearing. After you won a game you build up and get rewards for the next game. Usually when I can't play for a few days my rewards are still there, as I have a habit of leaving the game with full rewards, so next time I begin a game I have those awards available. Lately I have noticed that when I start the game I have no rewards when I know very well that I had rewards. Also other issues like topping up gold bars and not receiving them, then Google Play refuse to pay, only then will the Game will give the gold bars.

How could that be the answer to your problem. I do not know what happened, but my games works now. Keep on complaining though. There has to be something they can do. Hopefully your game will work soon.

How did you get it back?

That's good. I'm on holiday at the moment but when I get home I will uninstall it then download it again to see if that helps. Good luck to you.

Was my thought exactly. But now that is is fixed, I am enjoying the game again like I used too.

Also had such an issue at one time. I think the developers must really look into it. I do not play Candy Crush as it has to many challenges and I do not have that must free time. This was an acceptable alternative, I do play other King games also, but I do not have any trouble with them.

It's such a shame because I really like this game but it's one glitch after another. I've never got lives from 'friends' and I can't send them any. People are always complaining about this but nothing is ever done. I'm glad you finally got your gold bars.

Last week I bought 50 gold bars it never loaded. They referred me to Google play for a refund after I send the proof of payment that the transaction indeed went through. Google responded a few days later that transaction was successfull and that they won't refund me, I had to screenshot the email and attached the proof of payment again, only then did I receive the gold bars. Also seems like there is a lot of problems with the game these days.

I'm not getting the rewards either. It's one thing after another with this game. So disappointing.
