I am writing to report a frustrating issue I experienced while playing Candy Crush Jelly Saga.
I successfully won the Jelly Jackpot, and my share of the prize was 69 gold bars. However, when the final screen appeared, the app completely froze. Because the game was stuck, I was unable to tap the "Claim" button to collect my winnings, and the gold bars were not credited to my account.
I have attached a screenshot of the exact moment the game froze as proof of my win.
Could you please review my account logs, verify this glitch, and credit the 69 missing gold bars to my account?
