I'm going to have to talk to the studio so they can try to reproduce this issue since it's happening on different devices. I currently don't have a workaround to provide you accept for connecting the game to Facebook instead.
Quick question, have you tried turning the device horizontal and see if that helps?
So the Studio informed that this issue should have been fixed on version 2.21... Can you double check if you have this version installed and if yes, send us a screenshot showing the version so I can pass this on to the studio if the issue is still persisting?
I've passed this on to the studio but we're not going to hear back from them until next week. Hope you're able to play the old device if you still have access to it 😬
I was just thinking about you 😊 Still no news from the studio as they are still investigating this issue. They have received similar reports now so hopefully that will help give them some insights as to what is casing this.
