Not recognizing my email

Question

Help! My game says my email doesn't exist. It keeps going to my husbands email and facebook starting from beginning :( . How can I get mine back?!

I have seen this happen before.  Please read my comments here.  It might be the same user ID # for both of you.  So please check it out and get back to me here so that we can resolve this.

Can you try the following on the device please:- Disconnect the game from Facebook/King account (if connected).

- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.

- Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (Super Important).

- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook/King account so your progress can sync.
