Problem in Candy Crush Jelly Saga (Windows 10 PC) while loading

I play candy crush jelly saga on Windows 10 PC. 2 days back the problem started. While loading I see the message as in the attached picture. If I press "Update Now!" then it takes me to facebook where it just plays the game. I don't play the game there. If there is really an update then why does king.com upload the new version on windows store!!!???

    Is it possible that the new version is on Facebook and that’s why it’s directing you there? I guess you have been to Microsoft store to make sure there isn’t an update on the windows 10 app maybe someone else would know @Elsa any ideas here?

    Thanks for tagging me @Sharon_Loose. Are you guys logging in to Facebook or King? If it pops up again don’t press on the update now. Click on the X to close it and try logging in through King. I won’t be on Windows 10 until the morning and I can see if my game is doing it too. If either of you can progress to the game without pressing on the update please let us know. I will check in when I am on my computer in the morning.

     @Elsa I don't know of others but I play the game on Windows 10 for PC and use my facebook login to login into the game.

     @Elsa@Sharon_Loose if there exist no update for the game for Windows PC then King.com should disable the prompt atleast to not inconvenience the players for the time being!!!!!!

    AND THERE SEEMS TO BE PROPER SUPPORT AT KING.COM TO EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM!!!!?????

    EVEN THERE IS NO SUPPORT E-MAIL ID WHERE WE CAN WRITE THE EXPLAINING DETAILS OF THE PROBLEM!!!!??????

    Sorry for the delay in getting back here. Lost an hour's sleep but feel like I slept too much. I just opened the game on Windows 10 and did not get that pop up box. At the moment I am updating the game in my settings. Below is a print screen that I just took to show you the current version. Please make sure that you are showing the same in your Microsoft settings.


    @MehulNatvarPatel do you have a King account? It's not this account here in the community. I do NOT play any of the King games through Facebook. Too many Facebook glitches in the past and I think there is another one now. Only Facebook can fix the glitch and they take forever. If you don't then you might want to create a King account by following the steps from here.

    If you write elsewhere they are only going to send you back here for help. The Superstars and Game Experts are here to offer you links and help you. If it's a glitch and lots of players are starting to report it then it can be elevated to the community manager who will then pass it along to the studio.

    I am getting the update message on Windows 10 too. I even uninstalled and reinstalled Jelly Saga, and that did not fix it. Here is the info Windows 10 shows on my PC.
