Yes, that's true, I use only my phone. If your mobile browser can be switched to the desktop version then you will be able to see "settings" on the king.com site. Please let us know if you succeeded.
I just opened up my phone and went to their site. I am seeing what you are seeing. I think you might have to do this with a computer. I am going to tag @firebombmarkus who is a Superstar and uses mobile only. Perhaps he can offer you a way to sync them.
Thanks for the help BUT, in there is no SETTINGS button to click. That is the issue, on my page, there is not a settings button. On the home page, it shows home, games, career then on the top right- your pic says settings, mine says Community.

My games were all gone on Facebook yesterday, I've played for years. I want to see if I can sync progress from there. I cannot find the "Settings" icon to follow the googled directions. Can someone help? TIA
