App issue.

Hello, I'm having trouble installing the candy crush jelly app.

It was not updating and I removed the application and was unable to install it anymore, says that at the moment the application cannot be installed.

I already asked Google for help, we did all the steps and it didn't work. I would like you to help me. thank you. Awaiting return.

U playing on which device? Win10, HTML platform on PC or phone? Do u have more than 2GB of memory left before n after downloading?

Hi, I was playing on the cell phone, samsung S10e.

Yes I have more than 2Gb available, but do not install, I have done everything. :(

Tap Storage. ...
Tap Clear storage Clear all data. ...
Open the Google Play Store app .
Wait for 5 minutes, then try your download again.
