@fitzgeraldcom1 the system on jelly crush, if thats what you are referring to, sometimes has technical issues. King is working on fixing these issues. Whether its on regular Jelly Crush or the event, the Royale Championship, in the Jelly Crush game. I hope this helps you. 😉 Happy gaming! 🤗

Please log out from game and close all apps, restart device and log back in as usual. The game freeze may be caused by poor internet connectivity or high usage of data by other apps or by other users in your households.

#RegalRenz, Hi I am new on here. I am having the same issues. I have cleared the cache and tried new browser and still says I am having technical issues. I play on facebook and not sure how I close the game, I just x out of it and I thought that's how you close out of the game. If you can give me some insight I would be so gratefull.
