Please log out from game and close all apps, restart device and log back in as usual. The game freeze may be caused by poor internet connectivity or high usage of data by other apps or by other users in your households.

#RegalRenz, Hi I am new on here. I am having the same issues. I have cleared the cache and tried new browser and still says I am having technical issues. I play on facebook and not sure how I close the game, I just x out of it and I thought that's how you close out of the game. If you can give me some insight I would be so gratefull.
