Can i get a refund for my Candy Crush Jelly Purchase?
I went to purchase the sweet deal from the store for 2.15 with tax and the store said the network was unavailable but I was charged for my purchase. Can I get a refund? Also I purchased it from my hp laptop not a phone or tablet.
