I got fed up trying different ways to solve the issue so I uninstalled and reinstalled and hey presto I lost all my progress..... so after playing for years I’ve lost it all ..... I give up !!

When I try to sign up with my email or Facebook I get connection error..... when I sign up with Apple I get to the game but no messages, boosts etc..... Thanks for the reply. I have not yet tried to uninstall and reinstall as I’m worried I’ll lose my progress x

how can I back my progress up with Facebook when I keep getting connection error try again later...this is really annoying....I’ve spent hours playing this game and for weeks I keep getting this msg....it’s not fair, I’m missing out on lives, boosts, events etc.....I can play al other king games with no issues but this one…
