I m facing problem with candy crush jelly on my ipad. It keeps saying no internet connection. This started 2 days ago. But for my other games such as candy crush saga or Netflix there is no internet connection problem. I tried restarting my iPad and even deleted the app for candy crush jelly n reload it, and still no internet connection just for this app. What’s the problem n what should I do.
Hi @CallyJFT96 sorry this has happened to you, uninstalling will lose your progress unless you have already saved it to either King or Facebook but if you know what level you were on you can contact King support by using the ‘contact us’ link at the bottom of the page and someone should be able to restore your level.

How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.

Understood that you are having connection issue with Candy Crush Jelly and not other game.
Please try out the troubleshooting steps recommended by our Ms Diamond Lim. Meanwhile, please try the following too:-
IF your app is up to date and no update is required, then disconnect your wifi/data from your device, wait for few secs/mins, then reconnect the wifi/data back. Log in your game and wait for your profile pic to be loaded.
IF app is update is available, please perform the update. After that, please restart/reboot device. Log back into to game and check if playable.
Please let me know the outcome of the above and if you need other help by "Quote" my message or copy and paste my name @wykoon in your message.

If uninstalling and reinstalling the app didn't work, I could only think to check whether your ipad has the latest software update and at least 2 GB of free storage
Yes I have tried everything, deleting and reinstalling, rebooting, updating everything, turning wifi on and off, and now it not only doesn't work on my ipad but it also doesnt work on my android handphone and iphone, basically whatever device I use I cannot play candy crush jelly any.pre because it keeps saying no internet comnection... even when i try just using data. :( please fix tge problem.
It works with data now but still doesn't work with wifi on all devices. I am very sure the problem is on your side.
I think mostly of players tried uninstall and reinstall steps only that it's worked.
@hera7771 problem being on the game side is not excluded of course, we volunteer players suggested the troubleshooting methods that usually fix the most frequent game issues, with uninstalling/reinstalling game app being the most drastic and effective solution. But even this doesn't seem to work. Thanks to the details you provided I could find similar cases of wifi connection problem in the community.

Also may I ask you to upload screenshots on this discussion if a connection error message/something abnormal is displayed on your device? it could be helpful. To upload images you can click the second square icon at the bottom of the comment box.
On a final note, it might be worth considering contacting Player Support directly from your app if your data connection allows you to so they can check what's wrong with your game account specifically.
- Open the game app, select the cogwheel, tap on the "?" mark and then "i" mark, scroll or search for "connection issues", scroll down to the bottom of the page and hit "Contact Us".
Alternatively you can fill the support form by using this link but you'll need to write your game ID (click HERE to find your ID) so your account can be located.
Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this, have a nice weekend 😃
how can I back my progress up with Facebook when I keep getting connection error try again later...this is really annoying....I’ve spent hours playing this game and for weeks I keep getting this msg....it’s not fair, I’m missing out on lives, boosts, events etc.....I can play al other king games with no issues but this one is now driving me mad..... please do something about it .... people pay enough of time in these games the least king can do is make it work properly.....

When I try to sign up with my email or Facebook I get connection error..... when I sign up with Apple I get to the game but no messages, boosts etc.....
Thanks for the reply. I have not yet tried to uninstall and reinstall as I’m worried I’ll lose my progress x
