It sounds like a tablet issue then, I mean if the same thing doesn't occur on your laptop other games etc. Have you checked the app settings for the music and sound effects. Check also the silent/loud functions for your tablet. That's probably the best place to start :)

This happens to us all. There isn't much you can do I'm sorry. Just get back to it and prove you can beat the level again!

I haven't seen anyone else talking about this Linda. You're saying that when you reach the 3rd board the game doesn't reshuffle it don't have any moves available. I'm sure there must be something available. Can you post up a screenshot of the 3rd board?

I'm sorry but I'm confused by your post. Did or did you not get your 3 stars. You also forgot to mention what levels this was on if it is actually an issue. Try and make it a little more clear as to how the community can help :)

How much free memory space do you have on your mobile. If your memory and your Ram are both full then it can cause apps to crash, because they struggle to run. This is something worth checking out.

I don't think King compensate us for the free promotional items. I've read a few comments that suggest this. But what was the technical glitch, you should say.
