Bear flew out of view and the board didn't scroll after it, now I cannot move

I'm on level 65 currently. I popped all bottles, then was lucky enough to combine a color bomb and a striped candy in the middle of the board, it cleared up most of the board so 2 of the bears bubbled straight up and out of the view.

I guess they hit the candy rope and disappeared, but I didn't get the bears and the board didn't scroll after them.

Now the game is stuck in a state where I cannot move, cannot activate boosters or anything... The only thing I can do is pressing the quit button...

It's so bad... It's a hard level and I had 31 moves left!

This happens to us all. There isn't much you can do I'm sorry.
Just get back to it and prove you can beat the level again!

I wonder if King read these forums. Or where can I report a bug to them?

4 in a row missing on candy crush soda saga
Hi my 4 in a row challenge on candy crush soda saga is missing, this has been a week and a half, I've reinstalled it and cleared my cache
Lost my account
i have lost the Facebook account that I used to login to Candy Crush Soda Saga. But the gaming account is logged in my phone now can I recover it if I want.

I play my five levels, it shows I will get five extra when it goes fishing. And them it only gives me 1 extra lives life.

when I did login using facebook I ve lost my 24 hours boosters
