My new levels don't appear on my phone and tabler except for every TWO weeks on Friday. I do get new levels on my desktop PC. How to fix this?

NOTHING has worked to correct this issue. I did get new levels on the SECOND Friday last week, but, again, yesterday got none. This is boring, to have to stay in Mastery Level on two devices. I cannot play all the time on my desktop computer since it's in a different room. I am logged in correctly on all three devices.…
