I usually get new levels every Friday. I got none last Friday, still stuck in Mystery Levels on phone and tablet but my PC DID add new levels as normal on Friday. What can I do?
Hi my friend if none of the trouble shooting worked please select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services they may be able to manually restore your levels π
NOTHING has worked to correct this issue. I did get new levels on the SECOND Friday last week, but, again, yesterday got none. This is boring, to have to stay in Mastery Level on two devices. I cannot play all the time on my desktop computer since it's in a different room. I am logged in correctly on all three devices. Please resolve this.

Please check you have no updates
Log out of the game
Clear your game cache by selecting your device settings menu the app
Find soda then select Storage you can clear cache from there then leave your device off for a moment or two
Restart your game you may have to play any level then close and restart again
Let's see if this triggers your levels
