I'm the same, tried three times and can't get it to work. I'm on a Mac computer.

Thank you for answering, I am using a PC so no updates and i know i probably won't get my boosters back but just wondered if others had been dealing with this too..

I;ve had this happen to me but it's not just one of my bonus's that have gone it lots. (Last friday had 43 purple boosters today only 12) Really hoping someone answers the question i put up to explain whats going on
