Episode Race never started
I’m on the final game of this episode race, and for some frustrating reason, it has never started. It says it will start at the next episode. NOT good. Why has this happened?? 🙁☹️

Season pass keeps resetting!
I recently completed all levels of Season Pass. I didn’t collect the rewards straight away. When I logged back in, it had reset to a lower level. Every time I get closer to again completing it (Last tier 19/20), it reset again (13/20). This is ridiculous!!!!!

Season Pass is stuck/broken!!
I managed to complete the season pass yesterday to the final level as can be seen in the attached. But I hadn’t yet claimed the rewards. Then when I began playing again today, I find that my level has been reset to 7, and won’t progress any more, even after winning new levels. Something is VERY wrong here! Please…

Terrible User Support
I am fed up with the way users are treated by King. I logged an issue about the Daily Win disappearing from my game on Feb 6. [No daily win and not syncing - Page 2 — King Community] STILL NO resolution! Noone there takes any ownership or accountability to respond and RESOLVE. Absolutely DREADFUL.

Reached Level 2500 & an email saying I had received a badge

My game icon frame hasn’t updated with my new level
When I reached Level 7000, the game said that my frame would be updated with the new milestone achievement. However, it is still showing as 6000, even though I’m now at level 7098. (See attached screen shot) How can this be updated? Can the support team fix it? Thank you.
