Season Pass is stuck/broken!!

I managed to complete the season pass yesterday to the final level as can be seen in the attached. But I hadn’t yet claimed the rewards. Then when I began playing again today, I find that my level has been reset to 7, and won’t progress any more, even after winning new levels. Something is VERY wrong here!

Please King…..You need to fix this.

King doesn't provide customer support. Best case scenario scenario me bit pretending to be a customer support person will give you an absolutely useless response.
