Season pass keeps resetting!

I recently completed all levels of Season Pass. I didn’t collect the rewards straight away. When I logged back in, it had reset to a lower level.
Every time I get closer to again completing it (Last tier 19/20), it reset again (13/20). This is ridiculous!!!!!

Please force stop the game and restart it. If the problem persists, clear the cache (not the data) and try again.

Nope. No luck. It still keeps resetting back to lower levels. I was on level 9, and when I came back later, it was showing as being on level 6.
It's seriously stuffed up! Don’t know what the coders are doing - they need to improve!!2 -
From my observation, this bug happens to those playing on multiple devices. The completed levels are not syned across all devices immediately. To prevent this occurrence, you should refrain from playing on other devices for a certain period. 12 hours, 24 hours, …? You go test it out and tell me.
