I did everything you said 3 times, even turned iPhone off while I turned on iPad, still have paint can ... everything is up to date, can’t figure it out, thanks for the input

I have had a paint can at level 3525 for over a week now on my iPad, I have progressed to level 3560
What is the issue ?
