I did everything you said 3 times, even turned iPhone off while I turned on iPad, still have paint can ... everything is up to date, can’t figure it out, thanks for the input

• I was able to progress to 3560 on my iPhone so I have no idea what the problem could be, they usually sync up. They are both up to date.. ?
