I am playing Candy Crush Smy Android device, but I am not getting any video ads. I have tried all possible solutions like updating the app, checking internet connection, clearing cache, restarting the device, and watching YouTube tutorials, but still ads are not appearing.
I want the feature where I can watch ads to get extra moves or boosters, but it is not showing for me at all.
Kindly help me or enable ads on my account.

Candy Crush Ads Not Show
Hello,
I am playing Candy Crush Saga on my Android device, but I am not getting any video ads. I have tried all possible solutions like updating the app, checking internet connection, clearing cache,yoube tutorials, but still ads are not appearing.
I want the feature where I can watch ads to get extra moves or boosters, but it is not showing for me at all.

Thank you for replying and sending the screenshots. However your first screenshot showing 230 levels doesn't show whether a multiplier was in place or not. Since you still had 21 hours left, you had plenty of time to take a screenshot of the actual leaderboard, instead of the screenshot you actually took and then waiting for when the weekly race actually ended. Please make sure you take a screenshot of the leaderboard in the future.
I have double checked on my game and the number shown for the weekly race in your first screenshot would reflect the multiplied score (if a multiplier is in play which usually starts late on Friday about 48 hours before the race ends) and the only way I can ensure it wasn't is with a screenshot of your weekly race leaderboard.
I am not saying you didn't indeed win 230 levels in a week but without a screenshot of the weekly race leaderboard I can't confirm there wasn't a multiplier in place.
I hope you understand that I am trying to be fair to all players who have followed the rules and submitted the required screenshots in order to earn their badges.
