More Boosters/Gold Bars to be granted at each 10K Level
I just completed my 20000 level in CANDY CRUSH!! I thought I was going to get TWO of each boosters this time! I ONLY RECEIVED ONE of each booster and NO GOLD BARS just like when I completed the 10000 level. I just completed 10K MORE LEVELS, why doesn’t the reward equal that milestone?
Reaching these milestone levels of 10K, 20K, 30K, etc. should be rewarded for our DEDICATION to Candy Crush Saga and the Milestone that it is.
Examples: For the 10K level…one of each booster was very nice! However, I would have liked to see some gold bars as well…1% or 100 Gold Bars would have been nice. It will be great for future players.
For completing 20K levels…It should be 2 times each booster PLUS 200 Gold Bars!
For completing 30K levels…It should be 3 times each booster PLUS 300 Gold Bars!
ETC…for each 10K increment reached.
And just like you gave us one of each booster at each 1000 level after the 10K (e.g. 11K, 12K, … etc.), it would be nice to continue this trend going forward with the new rewards structure. After 20K (e.g. 21K, 22K,… etc.), it will be nice to see two of each booster & 200 gold bars. This should be repeated for each 10K level as noted above.
We are completing 10K EPISODES, 1K at a time, DEDICATED players should be rewarded as such! PLEASE consider!
COMMUNITY…what are your thoughts on this topic?
KING, PLEASE consider rewarding your Dedicated Players the just rewards we are due! THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.
💛 A Thank You Note from the Candy Crush Team
As we reach the end of the year, the Candy Crush Team wanted to share a small thank you with you. Every day in this community, we see your passion, your ideas, and the way you support each other. You help make this space what it is.
This note below is simply a moment to look back at some of the things you were part of this year. You gave feedback on Pins and helped us make them clearer. You shared your thoughts on the Fish update, and your reports made a real difference. And many of you shared ideas for Level 20 000, which helped inspire how it turned out.
These are only a few examples, but they show how your voice helps guide us. We also know there are still areas that need improvement. There are features that you want us to look at, and things you want to see fixed or changed. We continue to send your feedback to the teams, and your comments help us focus on what matters most.
For now, we hope you enjoy this note from the Candy Crush Team.
Thank you for being with us, for playing, for sharing, and for being part of this journey 💛
As 2025 comes to a close, we’re unwrapping your sweet wins from the year. We want to reflect on what has been a fantastic year for Candy Crush and the role you’ve played in that.
This message is a heartfelt thank you to you, our players, as we close out an incredible year. Your feedback, creativity, and support have shaped the game in meaningful ways, from inspiring new features to making key moments even more memorable.
Here are just a few of the ways you helped made the game better this year:
You helped fix the Fish.
When you told us that Fish boosters weren’t targeting blockers the way they should, we listened. The updated Fish now prioritize tricky blockers like Toffee Swirls and interact more intelligently with special Candies. The results have made levels more satisfying and strategic to play.
You shaped the Pins system.
Your feedback helped us simplify how Pins are earned. Thanks to that, Pins have become one of the most loved features in the game. All your comments and interactions help us, so please keep coming to us with new ideas.
You gave us design feedback for Level 20,000.
You supported this important level, and we listened to your ideas about how you wanted it to look and feel. 70 of you shared your thoughts, and feedback. You left your candy-coated fingerprints all over this one. Thank you!
You guide us each week.
Your feedback shapes improvements to level difficulty and game balance. Your comments, bug reports, and ideas go straight to our design teams. We know not all levels feel perfect, but your feedback helps us make them better week after week.
You made the Candy community what it is.
This year, we’ve seen more collaboration, support, and kindness than ever before. From tips and encouragement to shared moments during tournaments, you made Candy more than a game, you made it a community. We see you, the fan who brings Denize the dragon to life every season, the one who celebrates the Candy Frog with pure joy, and the members who are always there to help others when they’re struggling or need support.
As we look ahead to 2026, our focus is on giving you more of what you love. We’re creating new features, growing our events, and polishing the whole experience so your time in the game keeps getting better. And your voice will continue to guide us as we go.
Thank you for being part of this journey. We’re so proud to build this world with you, let’s keep Making the World Playful.
The Candy Crush Team
If you want to add a little sweetness of your own, you are welcome to leave a message for the team and thank you for keeping this space sweet 🤗
Please, can your game design decisions be a little more logical again? Looong Feedback ...
Hello,
First off - this is the first time I'm posting here, but that doesn't mean I'm "new."
I’ve been playing Candy Crush for a damn long time. And before that, I played Bubble Witch Saga. The first one, not BWS 2. I spent a lot of money on BWS 1, really a lot, but that was okay.
At some point, there was a special offer: you could buy unlimited lives (for a lifetime) for a certain amount of real money. Well, the "for a lifetime" thing was … special, because BWS 1 didn't last much longer. Some of the things you bought with real money in BWS 1 could be carried over into BWS 2 - but not the unlimited lives.
I was not amused, as the saying goes, and since I didn't find the gameplay of BWS 2 nearly as good as BWS 1, I switched to Candy Crush.
After that experience, I wasn't nearly as generous with my money. But I still spent some.
However, as it became increasingly clear that "hard level" meant nothing more than "too few moves" and not "challenging considerations to clear the board," I became increasingly unwilling to spend money.
Then I guess I just take forever to pass a level sometimes. I accept being on Level 19K+ and still constantly being shown beginner tooltips. I accept that all sorts of tips steal valuable time when you have a time-limited booster. And of course, I can 100% understand that the developers want to earn money. After all, they don't live on thin air and love, just like the rest of us. Completely fine.
I put up with all of this because, for reasons I increasingly can't even figure out myself, I still enjoy the game. Because I can look past the fact that some decisions clearly have nothing to do with gameplay, and certainly nothing to do with player satisfaction, and because I can even look past the fact that things like game theory and psychologically sound reward systems are obviously no longer found in the designers’ manuals - or perhaps they forgot to teach the AI such things.
Especially the matter of "rewarding." The satisfaction of finally mastering a difficult level. The AI doesn't know that. It also knows nothing about frustration.
But what really, really, really drives me up the wall now is this complete illogic that's spreading.
Yeah, yeah, we get it - boosters are becoming rarer or getting nerfed so people spend more money. Yeah, yeah, we get it - certain mechanics are completely abolished so people spend more money.
But what the heck possessed you with these new chocolate box tasks?
Let's just look at it with common sense: Why does a player need boosters in Candy Crush (as in any game)? Right. To progress. And how do you progress in Candy Crush? Right. By completing a level.
So I need boosters, and possibly Gold for extra moves, to pass a new level. Especially when the "hard" levels are now designed in a way that you simply cannot beat them without certain boosters or extra moves. You really CAN'T beat them. Because the AI consistently and with absolute sleepwalking certainty drops the most unfavorable combination of candies. And please, don't try to tell me otherwise.
Okay, I have absolutely no problem if it takes a long time to get enough Gold Bars from the chocolate boxes to buy extra moves. But... How the heck am I supposed to try to get a reward that I need to pass a level, when the task I have to solve for it consists of completing a new level? Or collecting something in new levels? Find the damn flaw!
Guys, do you realize, has anyone ever told you, that there are people whose wallets are much looser when they choose to open them voluntarily, and not when they are forced to?
Yes, I know that what I'm writing will never truly reach the devs. So why did I still bother? Well, for one, because I just needed to vent.
And for another, because maybe I’m speaking for the soul of someone else out there...
So no hard feelings, dear Devs. I'd like to say: Keep up the good job - but instead, I'd rather say: Back to the roots, because you did a better job back then.
Can't you somehow manage the balancing act of earning money while your game still remains fun? Yes, it's possible. I know from experience...

Looking Back: What’s Felt Better in Candy Lately? 🧐
We know there’s a lot that still needs fixing, and your feedback, both the good and the not-so-good continues to help us understand what matters most.
But today I wanted to flip the question for a moment:
👉 Is there anything that you feel has improved in Candy lately?
Maybe a small change you noticed, something that surprised you (in a good way), or something that made your gameplay feel a bit smoother or fairer?
It could be about:
- Level balance
- Events
- Boosters or blockers
- Bugs or fixes
- User Experience / Visual changes
- Or just anything that felt like a step in the right direction
There’s no pressure to be positive, just honest.
💬 I’d really love to hear your thoughts, if anything comes to mind.
Thanks for sticking with us and for always sharing your perspective with the community 🤗

Chocolate box changes again?
sorry if this is old news, but it’s the first time my chocolate box options have included “in new level wins”
I really don’t like this development (considering that some of the week some of us don’t have new levels to win…)
