Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

It is ridiculous that the mid-14,000 levels have gotten so hard. Not in a fun way to try to strategize a way to pass it, but in an obvious way to get us to buy our way past it. Each level is packed with spaces 4-7 layers deep to clear, covering most of the board. If we have made it this far, it’s because we enjoy playing, but this is not fun anymore and people will just stop altogether. I went from passing levels on 1-5 try’s to each level taking 5-10+ try’s, even with several boosters. Please put it back to normal for your dedicated fans. Thank you.
