Thanks so much for reporting this and sharing all the details,it really helped us spot what’s going on.
We’ve now confirmed that there is an issue affecting progress syncing between devices after the latest level release. This can also impact things like events and competitions not updating correctly.
The team is aware and already working on a fix.

I do wish people would stop looking for cheaters by looking at the player cards. We are in a fierce competition: I just crush as well as I can and am ignoring the opposition in the this round. So this person is a mad crusher. I'm not sure if that's normal, perhaps they should seek psychiatric advice. But it's certainly possible and plausible given we are in a fierce competition that involves a lot of money. I am currently in the midst of a battle to catch up a player who played two or three tokens without spending mine. I will definitely have to crush 300 levels in one day to achieve this. Wish me luck!
