È la prima volta che scrivo ma leggo sempre molto.

Gioco da 15 anni e questo è il quinto anno che partecipo ad All Stars. Purtroppo mi blocco sempre al 2 turno dell'ultimo knockout.

Oggi ho deciso di ritirarmi perché obiettivamente non posso arrivare in cima. Ero riuscita ad arrivare 2 due giorni fa ma poi non ce l'ho fatta.

Ho dato tutto e purtroppo avevo iniziato questo turno con tutti i gettoni ma li ho dovuti utilizzare.

Congratulazioni a tutti per essere arrivati fin qui.

Da domani inizierò a prepararmi per il prossimo anno e ci conto... sarà diverso!

It was exactly the same in 2025: no King representative came anywhere near this forum when the tournament got hot. Have you noticed they've chosen the Easter weekend for this, the most crucial round: Everyone at King's is having a lovely Easter break. You won't find any King representatives here nor anyone at Player Support. They've left the AI in charge of the app, the tournament and everything.

Christine, I read what you said and that’s exactly the issue.
If no one here represents King and no real answers are coming, then what exactly are players supposed to rely on? Because right now, what we’re seeing and experiencing doesn’t match what’s being explained, and that’s the problem.
If this is just a player forum and no one from King is addressing this, then that makes it even more concerning. Players are investing real time and money into something that doesn’t make sense, and we’re left with theories instead of answers.
Let’s be real, what I experienced wasn’t random or something hard to understand. It was consistent, repeated, and documented. That’s not something you explain away

it’s something that needs proper attention.
So at this point, the question isn’t who represents King, it’s why something this serious isn’t being clearly addressed. Because what players are experiencing does not feel fair or transparent.

Who do you think I am? Some King representative? You won't get any responses from King here and hell no, King are definitely NOT transparent.
