tr try going under profile or go to the hope center or try going under settings and going to profile and changing and press change profile and update your email on there

if you’re in the all star competition you can find them under the leaderboard (the icon is in top right corner of the screen)

This happened to me, too, and it took me four replies with the service desk for me to get a response that wasn't a template "Sorry to hear that." Unbelievable.

You will have to have a passport by April 8th according to the Terms and Conditions @yomomsahoe .

if I win the candy crush all stars but it’s held in London this year and I’m from America but don’t have my passport immediately but will apply for a urgent one right after will they still let me go to the live final

This is the 3rd day the game keeps freezing. I have tried to play on 3 different devices and they all freeze. Please look into this and fix.

If you have made a purchase using money then this will be why your adverts features are now missing.
Other than that have you got All Stars in your game. During the last two All Stars competitions King reduced the availability of, or removed my advert features.
