Plot twist: This new version of leaderboard events to only count new levels is great! We can now play the game and at the same time avoid entering the knockout rounds too early. I played through two chocolate boxes this morning and made 65 gold in the process without entering a leaderboard….

@bernadet61 The levels have been moved about within each episode by King to move the hardest ones near the end of each episode and therefore the YouTube videos are no longer showing the same levels when we google the level number. Try to search for all 15 levels of the same episode and the level you are currently playing should be amongst them somewhere.

Hello @CansuMusaYiğit This is not a bug but is normal in Candy Crush Saga: Often during major competitions such as the Winter Cup King will reduce the appearance of Candy Royale or even remove it from some players' games for a while. I have not seen it either for a couple of weeks.
Usually this feature appears in our games when we reach level 500 and then reappears either daily, weekly or less often depending on how much we play and how often we win it. Players who win it a lot seem to see it less often. The game is bespoke, so some players see events other players do not see, the rewards also differ from player to player. There is nothing players can do about this and no way to request certain features to appear in our games.
